i have USB Cable and the phone hooked in .. it says i need an installation dick or c.d in order to get my music on the phone what should i do I have a Samsung Rant From Sprint , it says i need an instillation c.d in order to get my music of my computer?
Yea, I had the same problem. I can't explain what happened, but I kept my Rant connected via USB cord, closed a few programs, and it told me I was connected. Im assuming that the software is installed but a restart of your computer is neccessary. Hope that helped a little (at least now you wont go insane looking for a CD).
